What's your strategy for handling a 1-star review with no written feedback?

We just received a 1-star rating with absolutely no comment. No context, no explanation — just the rating. I've tried reaching out to the guest but no response. Has anyone dealt with this before? What's your approach? Options I've considered: 1. Respond publicly asking what went wrong 2. Report it to the platform as incomplete/fraudulent 3. Just let it sit and let the other 4-5 star reviews dilute it Would really appreciate the community's take on this.
