We all know reviews are critical, but there's a fine line between a friendly reminder and coming across as desperate or annoying.
Our current process is a checkout email with a review link. Response rate is about 8%, which I know is on the lower end.
What methods have worked best for your property? Looking especially for approaches that feel natural and genuine rather than transactional.
